随着农业供给侧改革的推进和消费者对质量安全的重视,湖南省林果冷链物流发展机遇良好,但还存在着冷链物流意识不够、冷链基础设施不完善、冷链标准化和信息化水平有待提升、冷链人才培养理念落后等问题。推进林果冷链物流的发展不仅可以解决林果在冷链运输过程的质量安全问题,同时可以促进湖南冷链物流体系的建设。通过剖析湖南林果冷链物流的现状和现存问题,提出加强林果冷链政策扶持和宣传、完善林果冷链基础设施建设、推进林果冷链物流标准化和信息化建设、重视冷链物流产学研合作与人才培养等建议。
