以钢铁供应链为研究对象,界定了钢铁供应链的边界;根据钢铁供应链的特征构建了由采购碳排放、生产碳排放、销售碳排放、逆向物流产生的碳排放四个方面组成的碳排放测算模型,并以湘钢为实例进行验证。结果表明,钢铁企业可以通过提高能源效率、优化生产流程、实行低碳生产,推进技术创新、强化物流控制、实行低碳物流等策略,来实现减排目标。
