运用SWOT分析法,对长沙市发展农产品冷链物流配送中心所具备的内部优势和劣势,以及所面临的外部机遇和威胁进行了全面的分析,认为长沙市应利用外部发展契机来弥补内部不足,并结合分析结果提出多项针对长沙市农产品冷链物流配送中心现状的发展策略。

In this paper, by applying the SWOT method, we first comprehensively analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of developing agricultural products cold chain logistics distribution centers in Changsha.
