Influencing Factors and Development Countermeasures of Under Forest Economy in Hunan Province

基于湖南省10个样本县林改监测调研数据,利用样本林农239份调查问卷,从林农个体特征、合作社相关组织特征和外部政策环境3个方面选取19个指标,运用因子分析法对湖南省林下经济影响因素进行实证研究。研究结果表明:①林农是否加入林业合作社在组织形式上对林下经济的发展具有显著影响。②合作社牵头人对合作社的建立和可持续发展具有重要支撑作用。③林农入社方式在资源配置上影响合作社的结构和服务内容。④林业科技推广主体和技术服务内容对合作社的生产经营稳定具有重要支持。⑤政策和资金作为外部支持在林下经济合作社发展方面发挥重要杠杆作用。在此基础上,提出相关政策建议。

Based on the survey and survey data of forest reform in ten sample counties in Hunan Province,this paper uses 239 questionnaires from sample forest farmers to select 19 indicators from three aspects: individual characteristics of forest farmers, characteristics of cooperative organizations and external policy environment.
