Evaluation and Transformation Suggestions on Industrial Competitiveness of Different Cities in Hunan Province

为分析湖南省各地州市工业竞争力的基本情况,文章从区域工业规模、工业效益和工业成长三个层面构建湖南各地市州工业竞争力的评价指标体系,并利用主成分分析法对湖南各地市州工业竞争力展开了实证分析。研究认为湖南各地市州工业竞争力存在不均衡的问题比较突出,而造成这种不平衡性的因素主要是工业企业规模和科技创新等方面,对此,提出新阶段应进一步优化工业布局、加大政策投入、坚持科技创新引领、打造一批有影响力的规模型企业、加强工业支撑人才培育。

In order to analyze the general situation of industrial competitiveness of various cities in Hunan Province,this study constructs the evaluation index system of industrial competitiveness from three aspects,the industrial scale,the industrial efficiency and the industrial growth of the region,and then carries out the empirical analysis by using principal component analysis.The result suggests that the unbalanced industrial competitiveness of Hunan is prominent.This imbalance is mainly caused by the scale of industrial enterprises and lack of technological innovation.In this regard,countermeasu...
