通过阐述易地扶贫搬迁概念、易地扶贫搬迁后续产业发展内涵,分析湖南省易地扶贫搬迁后续产业发展存在政策、产业扶贫经验和民族特色资源等有利条件,以及自然条件、劳动力素质、土地资源、资金和产业基础等方面不利因素。结合湖南省石门、沅陵、桑植等国家级贫困县调研案例,总结湖南易地扶贫搬迁后续产业发展11种模式,并提出根据安置地情况选择合适产业、产业发展模式等促进后续产业发展的对策与建议。
