湖南省制定了新能源产业的发展规划和发展目标,要实现规划和完成目标,需要对新能源产业进行商业模式创新。从三个方面探索湖南省新能源产业商业模式创新的途径:①分析了新能源生产企业的商业模式:对于生产新能源汽车的企业,采用"产品租赁"的商业模式;对于生产新能源装备的企业,采用"融资租赁"的商业模式。②对于太阳能光伏产业,采用"科技支撑+政策支持（保护电价）+政府采购"的商业模式创新。③对于能源节约服务型企业,采用EMC商业模式创新。针对湖南省新能源产业商业模式创新的途径,提出了有关对策和建议。

Hunan province has made the development plan and aims for the new energy industry. Therefore if the plan and targets are to be realized, we need to make innovation on the business model of new energy industry.
