从酒店与旅游教育来看,一方面招生吸引力下降,生源质量和数量下降.另一方面,毕业生的行业流失率较高,不能满足行业发展的人才需求,教育浪费非常严重.本文提出高校应建立由人才市场需求拉动型的酒店与旅游教育生产系统,加强教育的全面质量管理,建立由酒店与旅游院校、企事业单位、行政管理部门共同构建的酒店与旅游教育校企合作平台,创建校企合作协会,制定校企合作管理制度,促进校企产学研合作向更深层次发展,提高人才培养质量,促进酒店与旅游业的可持续健康发展.
