This paper defines the concept of cultural industry competitiveness firstly. Then, it constructs a comprehensive assessment system for the cultural industry competitiveness, including superiority, ability and market. Next, it assesses the competitiveness of Hunan entertainment, book publishing, radio, film and TV, ad industry with the method of AHP.
