The combination of electronic technology and virtual reality technology plays more and more role in real estate. Users can fully experience through electronic glove, electronic helmet and virtual roaming software. The projections of most building models in visual estate on the horizontal plane are rectangles. Based on the trait of building models, this article propose one way of fast collision detection algorithm for virtual estate roaming.
