To investigate difference of oil content in seeds and fruits in Schisandra chinensis from different provenances, seeds in S. chinensis from nine provenances were extracted by using five solvents and Soxhlet extraction method. Fruits in S. chinensis from nine provenances were extracted with n-hexane and compared.
