为获取榉树无菌活体,对榉树种子进行消毒处理,无菌播种在沙子和培养基中。活力较低不能萌发的种子可通过愈伤诱导及再分化的途径获得无菌芽,活力较好的种子可直接萌发产生无菌芽。榉树无菌播种是快速获得无菌活体的有效手段。

In order to obtain aseptic living explants in Zelkova schneideriana, seeds in Z. schneideriana were seeded in sand and medium after sterilization. Aseptic shoots can be gain from seeds with low vigor and no natural germination ability by the method of callus induction and differentiation.
