我国是个山地大国,山地占国土陆地总面积的69.4%。由于自然历史原因,山区农民贫困。解决山区农民贫困的有效办法,就是建设现代经济林产业化体系。产业建设调整了山区农村产业结构,转变了经济发展方式,让山区农民富起来。
