为给油茶的高产、优质提供理论依据与实践指导,详细介绍了油茶籽中脂肪酸、蛋白质、维生素等品质要素,综述了无性系选择、栽培区域、栽培措施、茶籽外部形态与品质的相关性的相关研究成果,对目前改善油茶籽品质研究存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了今后的研究方向。
