校企协同育人不仅是协同创新深入发展的必然要求,更是一种培育创新创业人才的有效途径;不仅是现代高等教育发展的必然趋势,更是推动创新创业教育可持续发展的关键因素。校企共育双创人才培育模式应由政府、高校、企业三方协同,其中三方联动利益是推动系统有机运行的动力源。此外,在协同育人的过程中,适时监管、权变考量,推动激励与保障机制建设,才能不断提高双创人才的培养质量,共享双创成果,推动社会发展。
