木槿是一种具有丰富的功能性营养成分与生物活性物质的园林观赏植物。文章综述了国内外木槿功能性营养成分及生物活性研究进展,概述提取物功能及相关加工产品开发现状,展望木槿开发利用前景,旨在为木槿的全面开发利用提供理论依据。
