目的 了解大学生的中医体质状况,探索改善大学生体质的途径和方法.方法 对大学生发放问卷,调查中医体质类型和生活方式,运用《中医体质分类与判定》量表判定体质类型.结果 大学生平和质占28.91％,居前三位的偏颇体质类型为:气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质.大学男生平和质占33.73％,女生平和质占22.73％,差异极显著(P＜0.01).大学生生活作息不规律,不注重饮食和营养,缺乏运动.

Objective To know undergraduate＇s constitutional types of Chinese medicine（CTCM）, and to explore the ways and methods to improve students＇ constitution. Methods The CTCM and way of life by student questionnaire were carried out. The constitu-tional types of Chinese medicine by classification and evaluation criterion of Chinese medicine constitution were evaluated.
