中南林业科技大学环境科学与工程学科围绕国家生态文明建设和污染防治攻坚战对拔尖环保人才的迫切需求,依托学校林学、生态学、生物学等传统学科的优势和特色,聚焦农林院校环境类研究生培养存在问题,以学科交叉创新平台和研究生培养创新基地为载体,以与多家知名环保企业全方位合作为支撑,以与国内外多所知名院校与科研机构广泛交流为契机,创新构建了"学科融合+理实相济"的农林院校环境类拔尖人才培养模式;形成了学科交叉与科研创新、理论研究与实践应用的良性互动机制,通过实践证明,该模式可有效助推农林院校环境类研究生突破培养瓶颈,实现培养质量的显著提升。
