白酒是中国特有的一种蒸馏酒。酒精含量较高,深受人们喜爱。近年来白酒产业年销售已突破二万亿。但近日的白酒塑化剂事件给白酒行业蒙上了一层阴影。本文就白酒中塑化剂进行综述,对白酒中塑化剂的检测方法,产生原因及如何进行有效的控制提出一些思路。

Chinese liquor,which is unique in the world,is a kind of distilled liquor and has the high alcohol content. After storage for a period of time, it has complex fragrant smell containing the ester mainly. It is very popular in China and the total sales amount has been exceeded 2000 trillion.Chinese liquor is not only a kind of alcoholic drinks products,but also a kind of wine cultural inheritance.
