在汽车机械式变速器动力传动系统中,离合器的结合品质直接影响汽车起步、换挡平顺性和乘坐舒适性,尤其是汽车的起步品质。针对机械式自动变速器(Automatic Mechanical Transmission,AMT)汽车起步换挡的控制要求,根据人们在汽车起步和换挡过程中操纵离合器的基本规律,通过结合过程中汽车传动系动力学分析,确定3个结合力轨迹特征,根据轨迹特征定义出离合器结合时的6种特征结合力轨迹。以汽车起步时对离合器结合品质的要求,通过6种特征结合力轨迹对离合器接合品质的影响的比较分析,确定离合器新的接合力轨迹;并根据离合器结合品质的评价指标,通过改进离合器执行器结构和控制转矩变化和增长速率实现...
