In order to study the Physiology Characteristic of S.emarginatum in different illumination intensity conditions, using SPAD-502 portable chlorophyll meter, DDS-11C type conductivity meter and Li-6400 portable photosynthesis system, the chlorophll content, relative conductivity and chlorophyll fluorescence of S.emarginatum were measured, and do the apply test in the field.The results show as following : within the scope of designed illumination, almost all S.emarginatum were growing health.With the reducing or enhancing of light intensity, d...
