随着湖南省居民收入分配由金字塔向橄榄型发展，车险业可承保范围与业务规模急剧扩大。车险的经营成果，直接关系到整个财产保险行业的经济效益。本文拟从静态、动态两方面对湖南省车险市场进行细分，进一步提出构建车险费率市场化的车险市场细分体系。

With the income distribution in I lunan developing into the olive shape from the pyramid shape, the auto insurance industry and business insurance coverage can be expanded exponentially.
