为了突显工科特色和加强工程素质培养,我们对生物工程专业的发酵设备课程进行了教学改革。学科建设上坚持基础理论与实践应用协调发展,以理论阐述与实践应用并重作为课程建设指导思想;教学内容上强调发酵设备理论结构解析与工程设备应用,注重协调基础理论性与工程应用性的关系;教学方式上通过多样化的教学模式培养学生的科学思维习惯和工程应用能力,通过多样化的教学手段激发学生的学习兴趣,使学生主动参与到理论研究和工程应用中来。一系列的教学改革取得了较好的效果,达到了预期目的。

In order to highlight the characteristics of engineering and strengthen the engineering quality of training,teaching reform in the class of bioengineering equipment was carried on.On the subject construction,based on the coordination and development,the construction of both theoretical explanations and practical application was payed equal attention as the guiding ideology.In the teaching content,focusing on the relationship between the basic theory of coordination and the application,the structure analysis theory and applications of bioengineering equipment were emphasized.On the teaching met...
