基于2008-2021年中国31省份面板数据,本文从五大发展理念视角构建农业高质量发展指数体系,并利用基准回归、中介效应和空间回归模型深入剖析农业保险对农业高质量发展的影响和作用机制,结果表明:(1)农业保险对农业高质量发展存在显著正向影响,从空间维度看,农业保险能够促进本地区农业高质量发展,对其他地区农业高质量发展则有负向影响.(2)农业保险通过扩大农业经营规模促进农业高质量发展.(3)人力资本、市场化水平和政府支持力度对提高农业高质量发展水平均有正向影响.

Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2008 to 2021,this paper constructs the index system of agricultural high quality development from the perspective of the five development concepts,and deeply analyzes the impact and mechanism of agricultural insurance on agricultural high quality development using the benchmark regression model,mediation effect model and spatial regression model.The results show that:(1)There is a significant positive impact of agricultural insurance on agricultural high quality development.From the perspective of the spatial dimension,agricultural insuranc...
