我国高校的刑法学教学方法仍然是以讲授法为主,辅之单一的教学手段,案例教学则更多地体现为一种形式。随着网络信息技术的发展,刑法学教学手段应体现多样化,如制作刑法学微课,建构刑法学网络教学平台。另外,案例教学应起到充分锻炼学生实践能力的作用。

The ways of criminal law teaching in universities of our country still depend on speaking by the teachers,supplemented by single teaching method. Case teaching is just a form.
