侧柏叶(Platycladi Cacumen)为中药材,其精油对多种腐败菌和致病菌均具有抗菌活性,有望作为天然抗菌剂应用于食品工业和医药领域.为寻找侧柏叶精油最佳提取工艺,为今后的开发利用提供科学依据,采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取侧柏叶精油,并结合单因素试验和响应面法优化提取工艺.结果表明:各参数对于侧柏叶精油提取率的影响比较为:蒸馏时间＞NaCl浓度＞液料比.在考虑经济可行性条件下,最佳提取条件为NaCl浓度2.3％、料液比1:8.0 g/mL、蒸馏时间2.0 h,实际提取率为1.22％.
