森林食品产业具有良好的自然品质、极高的附加值及广阔的市场空间,使其成为了林业产业可持续发展和乡村振兴的新增长点。在实地调研的基础上,分析了湖南森林食品产业发展的区域特征,揭示了影响湖南森林食品产业区域发展的因素包括自然条件、政策因素、技术因素和人员素质。从政策、技术、平台和标准化等方面提出了湖南森林食品产业发展的区域策略,包括加强政策扶持和资金支持力度、实施科技创新与促进人才培养、培育龙头企业,树立品牌意识和构建森林食品标准化体系与数字化平台等。
