Keteleeria davidiana(Bertr.)Beissn.seedlings were used as experimental materials,which were treated under salt stress of 0%(CK),0.5%,1.0%,1.5%and 2.0%NaHCO3 in the soil.The response mechanism of NaHCO3 stress provides theoretical basis for its introduction,promotion and application.The results showed that with the prolongation of stress time,under 0.5% NaHCO3 treatment,the measured growth and physiological indexes were not significantly different from those of CK(P>0.05).Under 1.0% NaHCO3 treatment,the superoxide dismutase activity was significantly lower than that of CK(P
