After shot peening (SP), the expected deformation of aluminum alloy thin-walled component can be obtained, but the deformation is unstable. It is found that after natural aging for 2 months, there is a rebound phenomenon in the components, and the maximum rate of rebound deformation is about 23.8%, and the minimum is about 2.3%, the deformation keeps stable after natural aging for 4 months.
