Biomass-derived N, S, P-triple-doped porous carbon materials are widely considered as one of the most promising electrode materials for electrochemical detection of pharmaceutical compounds and food analysis. In this regard, we have prepared Elaeagnus gum-derived porous carbon electrodes for use in the simple electrochemical detection of metronidazole.
