AT13/MoS2 composite ceramics coating with four different MoS2 contents (0%, 3%, 6%, 9%) on 45 steel surface were prepared by plasma spraying, and the microstructure structure after wearing and tribological properties of AT13/MoS2 composite coatings were investigated. The results show that the friction coefficient of composite coatings decreases with the increase of MoS2, while the volume loss of composite coating is the lowest when the content of MoS2 is 6%,meanwhile the comprehensive performance of composite coating is optimal.
