在我国绿色低碳转型的现实需要和实现“双碳”目标的大背景下，企业ESG表现直接关乎经济高质量发展和生态环境保护，而绿色技术创新是实现绿色治理、推动企业高质量发展的关键。探索ESG表现对企业价值的影响，探讨绿色技术创新在其间发挥的作用，对激励企业践行绿色理念有着重要作用。基于2014—2020年沪深A股非金融上市公司的面板数据，对ESG表现与企业价值间的关系和作用渠道进行研究。结果表明：ESG表现通过提升企业自身绿色技术创新水平，进而提高企业价值，且绿色技术创新会增强ESG表现对企业价值的正向作用效果；在高CEO开放性、处于成熟期企业和低行业集中度的企业中，ESG表现的价值效应...
