Coordination and optimization of the cold chain system of fruit and vegetable products under dual carbon target

【目的】在国家碳达峰碳中和目标愿景下，以我国损耗严重的果蔬产品为研究对象，将碳税政策作为考虑因素，研究了果蔬产品冷链协调优化问题。旨在针对果蔬产品冷链存在的供应链定价不合理、碳排放量高并考虑果蔬产品的损耗等问题，提出一种协调方法进行果蔬产品冷链的协调。【方法】建立了由供应商-零售商组成的二级冷链减排集中决策模型与分散决策Stackelberg博弈模型，供应商作为该冷链系统的主导企业，零售商作为跟随者，得到了集中决策与分散决策下的动态均衡策略，针对分散决策下存在的双重边际效应，利用成本共担契约模式进行协调，并对基本数量损耗率和碳税税率进行敏感性分析。【结果】...
