【目的】研究配方施肥对栀子幼苗生长和生理特性的影响，优化栀子幼苗施肥配比方案，为黄栀子高效栽培提供理论依据。【方法】以1年生黄栀子实生苗进行土壤盆栽试验，采用N、P、K三因素三水平配比施肥试验，研究不同施肥处理对黄栀子幼苗生长（株高、地径、地上生物量和地下生物量）和生理指标（叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、超氧化物歧化酶活性和过氧化物酶活性）的影响。【结果】与对照组CK比较，各施肥处理的株高、地径均有显著提高，其中T7（N3P1K3）较大，较对照提高了65.73%、18.24%；地上生物量和地下生物量也有不同程度的增加，其中T7最大，总生物量较对照显...
