"互联网+"本质是应用互联网信息技术,对传统产业的在线化、数据化,使其形成强大的产业融合力。"互联网+"农业可以促进农业资源优化配置,提高农业生产经营效益。基于湖南省益阳市205个样本调研数据,运用结构方程模型分析了农户运用"互联网+"技术的行为对农业生产经营综合效益的影响。结果表明:农户运用互联网信息技术对农业生产经营的生态、社会、经济效益能产生显著的正向影响,能降低农药化肥的施用,减少农业污染,帮助农户了解和办理公共事务,提高农业收入及家庭收入。为促进农业综合效益的提升,提出加大农业绿色技术研发,强化农业生态化发展,落实互联网+政务服务,提高农业社会效益,理性运用农业...
