“物质循环再利用”思想是马克思主义绿色发展观得以确立的重要理论基础,体现在马克思对以劳动为中介的人与自然的物质代谢过程的论述中,是其绿色发展观呈现出来的一种理论逻辑:人与自然的关系本质上是物质循环过程,因而物质的循环再利用具有内在必然性;循环再利用是人与自然物质代谢的平衡存在,体现其存在的合理性;循环经济体现了物质循环再利用的应然性,是实现绿色发展的必由之路。
