Effects of different size containers on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of tung tree seedlings

为了筛选出适宜油桐幼苗生长的育苗容器规格,为油桐盆栽试验的开展提供理论依据,为油桐育苗、造林速度及造林质量的提高提供理论参考依据。选取1年生油桐幼苗作为试验材料,采用盆栽试验的方法,研究不同规格的育苗容器对油桐幼苗生长及光合特性的影响。结果表明,随着容器规格的降低,油桐幼苗的株高、地径、叶绿素a含量(Chl a)、叶绿素b含量(Chl b)、叶绿素总量(Chl a+b)、净光合速率(P_n)、气孔导度(G_s)、蒸腾速率(T_r)、气孔限制值(L_s)、最大净光合速率(P_(nmax))和光饱和点(LSP)逐步下降,差异显著(P < 0.05),胞间二氧化碳浓度(C_i)、光补偿点(LCP)和暗呼吸速率(R_d)逐渐升高,差异显著(P < 0....
