易地扶贫搬迁是实现小康社会的重要举措,贫困居民对此充满了期待。通过对湖南石门、桑植、沅陵三个国家级贫困县实地考察和问卷调查,研究农户参与易地扶贫搬迁主要影响因素。结果显示：引起居民同意易地搬迁的前5位原因是搬迁后有更好基础设施,以及目前居住地缺乏经济来源、缺乏人畜用水、教育或医疗条件差和生态环境恶劣。因此,湖南顺利实现易地扶贫搬迁必须要重视安置模式选择、选择适宜产业发展模式、加强基础设施建设、当地政府加强易地扶贫搬迁动员力度,并且尊重当地搬迁意愿及做好社会保障工作。

Poverty alleviation and relocation is important measure to realize the well-off society so that rural residents located in a disadvantage condition are full of expectation. This paper studies the main factors of farmers to participate in the poverty alleviation and relocation by survey of the national poor country such as Shimen and Sangzhi and Yuanling etc. based on an empirical analysis of field trip and household survey.
