碳绩效评价是实现新型城镇化的重要内容。通过构建碳绩效评价指标体系,指导决策者及时纠正"负绩效",激励"正绩效",以达到企业碳减排的目标。论文借鉴平衡计分卡的精髓,以四维度的碳绩效评价体系为构建目的,设计各维度的具体指标,运用模糊综合评价法进行具体的评价和应用,结合湖南某镇TZ公司的特定案例进行碳绩效的评价实施,提出了以下结论:（1）碳绩效评价旨在对企业的碳盈利能力、碳资产质量及碳债务风险等进行评判,是碳排放成本管理中不可或缺的重要一环。（2）必须优化工艺设备,降低各环节能耗,建立并完善企业能耗和排放管理体系,形成"资源-产品-再生资源"的循环型产业链,以提升产品竞争力,并...
