按照绿色化要求推进产业结构调整与布局优化,是湖南新阶段经济社会发展的重要战略选择。目前湖南产业结构存在绿色化层次偏低、绿色化程度不高、绿色化转型滞后、主体功能区布局的导向力不强等问题,要按照绿色化要求推进湖南产业结构调整,必须从供给侧改革入手,一是通过进一步加快发展生产性服务业,推动产业结构调整升级;二是通过进一步优化产业内部结构,丰富产业结构内涵;三是通过供给侧结构性改革,提高产业绿色化程度;四是通过创新政府管理,为产业结构调整营造良好制度环境。
