环境管理机制创新是我国应对当前严峻的环境形势，进一步有效实施环境管理的必然选择。企业环境管理机制是政府环境规制、企业环境规范和社会公众共同认知三要素共同作用而形成的，通过协同治理以求达到整体大于部分之和的效果。为此，应不断推进环境管理主体的多元化；进一步完善协同治理的环境规制；创新与完善环境协同治理的参与、监督制约机制；培育环境协同治理的市场机制，使得企业由被动环境管理变为主动环境管理。

Environmental management mechanism innovation is the response to the current severe environment situation and the inevitable choice to the effective implementation of the environmental management.
