对林地区位等级在林地资产评估中的作用进行了讨论,在对影响非木材用林地区位等级的因素进行分析的基础上,确定了影响林地区位等级的主要因素,包括地形、自然阻隔物、人均GDP、居民年均可支配收入、人口密度、林道及公共交通系统等自然地理、社会经济及交通条件三方面因素。以长沙市为例,使用2012年12月31日数据,用层次分析法对长沙市各区县的林地区位等级影响因素的影响力进行了排序,并确定了长沙各区县林地的区位等级。研究结果显示,在湖南省范围内,长沙市各区县林地区位等级基本为一、二级水平,这与长沙市社会经济发展程度相吻合。

This paper discusses the effects of forestland location level in the forestland assets evaluation, and based on analyzing the factors that affect the non-timber forestland location level, determines the main factors of the non-timber forestland location level, including physical geography, socioeconomic and transport conditions, such as landform, natural barrier, GDP per capita, average annual income level, population density, forest road and public transport system.
