Research on comparative analysis of the prevention and control countermeasures of the haze in China and Britain

中国的雾霾天气引起了全社会的广泛关注,而历史上英国也遭受过雾霾天气的侵袭。中国的雾霾与英国相比虽都是由污染引起的,但污染的类型却不尽相同。文章从治理理念、立法、政府职责落实和其他辅助措施等方面对中英雾霾的防治进行了对比分析,结合新《环保法》的相关规定,以期能为中国雾霾治理提出更好的建议。

The serious haze weather aroused the extensive concern of the whole society in China, and Britain has ever suffered the haze weather too. Although both of them are caused by pollution, it is not the same type of pollution.
