近年来我国生态旅游业发展迅速,同时也带来了严重的环境问题。现行生态旅游立法存在法律体系不健全、管理体制不合理、行业准入制度不严格、生态资源权利义务关系不清楚等诸多问题。应当完善生态旅游立法,改进生态旅游管理制度,建立行业准入和游客流量管理制度,提升环境教育水平,理顺核心利益相关者的利益关系,依法促进我国生态旅游业的健康发展。

In recent years, the booming development of ecological tourism has brought serious environmental problems that remain to be resolved by legislation. There are still some defects in current legal system, mainly including the system of management, industry access and the distribution of benefits.
