林业生产经营效率评价是实现林业科学经营和管理的基础。从林业生产与经营二阶段特点出发,整合因子分析和数据包络分析方法,构建了效率评价指标体系,以此为基础对郴州市9县2区进行了实证分析,并提出每个县的林业生产经营效率改进的方向和优化量。结果表明,各个县不同阶段测量的效率差别较大,且效率差异的影响因素不同。通过适当地调整各县林业产业结构,可提高其林业生产经营效率。

The efficiency evaluation of forestry production and management is the foundation of realizing scientific operation and management of forestry. From the second phase characteristics of forestry production and management, by integrating factor analysis and data envelopment analysis method, the efifciency evaluation system of forestry production and management was set up.
