天气指数保险是近几年备受学者和保险业界关注的指数保险之一,相对于传统农业保险而言,其在道德风险和逆向选择控制方面存在良好优势。通过对天气指数保险的概念内涵及定价设计的简要梳理,有助于厘清国内外专家学者对天气指数保险在实证与理论方面的研究脉络,进而对我国天气指数保险的未来研究方向进行展望,指出其在基差风险防控、模型指标选取、运作模式等方面的参考依据。

Weather-index based insurance is one of the most attractive product in the insurance industry and among scholars in recent years. Compared with traditional agricultural insurance, it has advantages in controlling the moral hazard and adverse selection.
