Based on the result of the questionnaire to the students of CSUFT, the college English learning by using mobile phones and the motivation has been investigated, and the possibility of inputting mobile phone into the College English class has been discussed. The analysis shows that it is highly possible to input the mobile phone under an integrative study circumstance. Students have high expectation on the improvement of English.
