集体林区改变传统发展模式，大力推进生态旅游，符合绿色发展的主题。采集了常宁市塔山乡西江村居民的物质、环境、生活和自我价值4个方面的数据，运用SPSS17.0统计软件进行分析，并建立“幸福指数”模型对生态旅游开展后的居民幸福状况进行衡量。得出以下结论：（1）集体林区的生态旅游活动推动了经济发展，个人收入的增加对幸福感提升影响明显；（2）生态旅游的辐射效应，客观上改善了当地生活环境，提高了生活质量，有助于幸福感提升；（3）总体上，年纪较大、旅游参与度深的人群幸福感较强；（4）居民对生态旅游中的环境因子敏感度较低。

Nowadays, the collective forest areas has changed the traditional development model and carried forward vigorously the development of eco-tourism, which conforms to the theme of green development. The residents’s material, environment, life and self-value data were collected from Xijiangcun village, Tashanxiang Administrative Township, Changning City.
