国际旅游岛建设是建设美丽海南、实现人与自然和谐发展的必然选择。林业作为生态文明建设的主阵地,是国际旅游岛建设的一项基础工程。加强森林资源管理,对优化林业产业结构、转变林业经济增长方式、推动生态文明建设具有重大意义。针对森林资源保护意识薄弱、采伐管理制度不完善、森林可持续经营管理缺位等问题,海南省的森林经营应当以生态文明建设为导向,将森林可持续经营和分类经营管理目标纳入领导干部政绩考核指标体系,着力开发民族村寨特色森林旅游,以带动林业经济转型,实现海南绿色崛起。
