食品科学与工程专业历经百年发展,形成了以本科和研究生教育为主体的全方位的食品科学与工程人才培养体系。新的历史时期,食品科学与工程专业面临前所未有的挑战,而当前食品科学与工程专业培育卓越工程师教学过程中存在着工程教育和创新教育的"缺失";为推进食品科学与工程专业卓越工程师教育,在培养模式、教学内容和评价体系,提出了一些思路供参考。
